Normal saline solution (0.9% sodium chloride solution) is isotonic to the body fluids. 1. Compressed facial sheet
2. 0.9% normal saline solution

Directions

1. Pour 0.9% normal saline solution on a compressed facial sheet 
2. Let sit for 2-3 minutes
3. Unfold facial sheet mask and apply the sheet mask it to your face.
4.  Apply a moisturizer to your skin after using the sheet mask.

Compressed facial sheet, usually comes in a pack of 100’s, can be found in any cosmetic stores. You can use 0.9% normal saline solution as a base and add other herb, fruit or vegetable combinations to your facial sheet mask for a cheap and easy way to rehydrate your skin.
